With Season Tickets for the 2024/25 campaign going on sale from Friday 14th June, we’ve provided some answers for the most commonly questions asked by supporters.
2024/25 Season Tickets will be available to purchase over the phone, in person via our Club Shop, and 24/7 via our new ticketing website. Initially priority access will be given to renewing Season Tickets holders from 9am on Friday, 14th June until 5pm on Friday 21st, June, before going on general sale an hour later, at 6pm on Friday 21st, June.

How do I set up my new ticketing account?
Current season ticket holders will receive an email with an activation link to our new ticketing website. Once set up, you will have access to your Season Ticket account, so you can purchase your reserved ticket.
For non-renewals, you will be able to set up a new account in time for when season tickets go on Early Bird general sale at 6pm on Friday 21st June.
I don’t have access to the Internet so how will I be notified? Can I purchase my ticket in person?
Renewing Season Ticket holders will also be able to purchase their new tickets over the phone on 01803 328666 Monday-Friday, or in person at Plainmoor. During our Early Bird window, staff will be on hand during extended opening hours from Friday 14th June until Friday 28th June for any supporters wishing to book their place for 2024/25 in person – Check out the Tickets tab on our website for full details.
How can I pay for my Season Ticket?
For 2024/25 season, we will be able to take payment via a range of payment methods, including:
- Credit / Debit Card
- Cash (In person via our Club Shop)
How long do I have to renew my seat?
Renewing Season Ticket holders will have until 5pm on Friday,June 21st to renew any reserved seats from 2023/24, before these seats go on general sale. Don’t forget, our Early Bird discount window ends at midnight on Friday June 28th, so be sure to book early to benefit from our best prices!
I want to move my seat from last season, is this possible?
No problem! If you’d like to move your seat, just give us a call on 01803 328666 or pop into Plainmoor, and a member of our team will be happy to arrange this for you.
Can I buy Season Tickets for other people?
Yes, you can – just remember that all of the people who you are buying Season Tickets for will need their own individual ticketing account. When you purchase additional Season Tickets, you can then assign these tickets to them. Just follow the online instructions to set up accounts for others.
Please bear in mind that any renewing Season Ticket holders wishing to purchase additional seat for their family & friends are advised to renew their seat as normal and then purchase the new seats when the General Sale window opens at 6pm on Friday 21st June. Should you encounter any difficulties in purchasing seats together, then please contact the club.
If I want to bring different guests to games, do I need to set up ticketing accounts for them each time?
Yes you will. But registering their ticketing accounts is very simple and quick.
When will I receive my season ticket?
More information on this will be announced closer to the time, however Season Ticket holders will be notified in advance when their ticket(s) are available for dispatch or collection from Plainmoor.
If I can’t attend a match at Plainmoor, can I let someone else use my ticket?
Season Tickets are non-transferable and must therefore be used by the named person only. If you are unable to make the match and would like to voluntarily release your seat for another fan to purchase, then we would greatly appreciate you notifying the club accordingly, so we can make the seat available for re-sale.
I am entitled to a free carer’s Season Ticket to accompany my own, but my usual carer can’t attend – does this mean I can’t come?
Not at all! Your carer’s Season Ticket is exempt from the non-transferrable condition, as it is not designated to a specific person, Therefore, you can choose someone else to accompany you to Plainmoor.
Please note that carers can only use their free ticket or Season Ticket to attend matches when they are accompanying the person they are caring for, and cannot attend alone.
Is ID required for when attending matches at Plainmoor?
There may be occasions where proof of ID is required, for example when using concessionary rate tickets.
